Our online consult information and contact system is now live. By clicking on the image you will be taken to a website with information on multiple health subjects, including video help by Dr Sarah Jarvis who is a regular advisor on Radio 2 Jeremy Vine show. This site also enables you to contact the surgery electronically for none urgent requests, appointments or information.

You can also book phlebotomy appointments for all your blood tests directly with the hospitals by visiting www.swiftqueue.co.uk/uhdb.php
GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up
For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up
Or Download the NHS App which enables you to order your prescription online. It links directly to your medical record to enable you to see your list of repeat medication and re-order accurately and efficiently. You can also access you Covid vaccination records.
You will also enable you to book and cancel appointments on line.
You can also use the service to view information from your medical record that is uploaded to a summary record of care.
